Refrigerating and freezing doors

Doors are assigned for the following areas: cold stores, freezers, store-rooms, production rooms, hypermarkets and others. We offer two main opening systems: hinged and slide doors. Doors consist of: doorframe, door leaf, which is filled with polyurethane foam (thickness depends of the room function), hinges and other door accessories. Following door surfaces are available: standard, grinded and spotted sheet. Dimensions, surface type, opening systems could be modified on Customer's request.

The main material used in the production process is stainless steel, which species are adapted to the kind of environment in which the door will be used. Wing doors are made from the standard plate thickness 1-2 mm. We offer our clients the choice of finishing of the wings' surface: smooth, polished and mazerated (with different textures). By default, filled with a layer of polyurethane foam, which thickness depends on the type of room. 

The doors include:

- wings  size of which depends on requirements for individual rooms and individual needs of client,
- frame  to ensure the rigidity of the entire system, we use the angular frames; frames for freezing and cooling chambers are equipped with a special heating cable, to prevent seals freezing,
- hinges - made of stainless steel in three versions: simple, oblique or circular,
- seals  depending on the type of room and the temperature, we use rubber or silicone seals, both single and double,
- handles  available as internal or external.

Frames depending on the size doors can be standard or reinforced  to ensure smooth opening and closing. Polyurethane foam filling provides additional rigidity and ensures tightness between frame and the wall. In the case of premises where are very low temperatures, in the door frame additional heating cables are mounted, to prevent seals freezing.
